If you have a metal blade paint scraper they work. It's like a razor blade but it's made specifically for removing paint off glass and mirrors.
Maybe paint stripper, but try it on an old mirror first, you may need to trial and error it...diluting the paint stripper, because it could be too strong.

Never heard the Tomato juice thing, but Razor blade and scraper is the old way to do it
Mr Clean Magic erasers take almost anything off. If you have one of those laying around give it a try.
Like the 2 before me said use a razor scraper, it works great.
Use tomato juice. It works wonders.
use glass cleaner and a razor blade..... Good Luck :)
