Can you spray paint a scooter wheel?

i really want a purple scooter wheel and i have the purple spray paint but im wondering will it stay on?after riding a couple days will the spray paint wear down and return to the Original color of the wheel...please help!Can you spray paint a scooter wheel?
Get aqruilic paint and paint just the wheel. Do it in 5ths. Paint one fifth then let it dry and so on. Just DON'T GET IT IN THE BEARING! Unless you slide your scooter sideways across the ground it will stay on. make sure you paint it evenly.Can you spray paint a scooter wheel?
Just spray it on the side and put a thin layer of clear coat paint on top of it when it dries.
