Is there a non toxic (to fish) spray paint for a plastic pond?

I want to spray paint my black plastic fish pond a lighter color but can't seem to find one that is non toxic to fish and can be applied to plastic. If the paint has to be rolled or brushed on, which would adhear to plastic and not be toxic to my fish %26amp; turtles? Is there a non toxic (to fish) spray paint for a plastic pond?
DON'T DO IT! Krylon makes a spray paint called FUSION for plastic but...even after the 7-day curing time, it can still be scraped off with your finger nail. Envision some of the paint coming off in the pond water and your fish or turtle mistakes it for a flake of food. Not a good scenario! I suggest buying light-colored fish (not gray or black) and maybe putting a spot light just under the water. You could have it shine upward into a fountain at night. Too, once the pond is well established with your fish, plants, etc., your liner (over time) is going to turn a greenish-brown from the algae and water sentiments, anyway. Someday, you may even want to power wash it and any paint that has been under water will simply flake off.Is there a non toxic (to fish) spray paint for a plastic pond?
