You can make a new top yourself. Pre cut the pieces of naugahyde to size using the Caddy itself as the template. To stick them down, you'd need contact cement on both, used correctly to ensure a good stick. Then use an ';edging'; sewn out of the same naugahyde to cover over the joints and the edges. It should be a quite simple process, and relatively cheap...cost of a good, durable naugahyde is less than $20/yard.Can i paint the fiber glass top of a caddy w/spray paint?
Any of your local stores like Wal-mart, targets, Home Depot, Etc. Has a spray paint made for plastic and fiber class

does it have spinning rims too? now dat be dope!
Sure you can use spray paint on your car... if you live in the ghetto.
the paint will stick, may not look the greatest, but it will work. Consider sanding the top, prime it, then shoot it. It will give you the best results with what you have
Yes, and paint the wheels with mexican chrome (silver) spray paint.
It will look like cr*p.
My guess would be that you would have to use a decent quality spray filler first (a couple of layers), and then smooth it down properly. On top of this a good quality primer, and then your top coat.
It is possible to get a decent finish, but you will have to take your time and be prepared to use a bit of elbow grease.
sure
