Is It legal to spray paint skate parks?

hey im going to whistler and i just bought like 8 montana cans...i was wondering if anybody knows wether its legal to do some tagging in a skate park?Is It legal to spray paint skate parks?

It really depends on the skate park. Some of the encourage that sort of thing, but others do not. Whatever you do, make sure the paint is dry before someone tries to skate through your work. I made a skater really mad one time because I was tagging where he was trying to skate and he slipped. (I was mad too because he got wheel marks on my work, but whatever.)
is it illegal to spray paint a library...yea it is.however if you are really good at it if you talk to the park owner they may let you do it. if you tell them that you know what you are doing im sure they will.thats what my friend did
I don't think it's legal to do some tagging anywhere, skate parks included. Why would you want to deface property that is not yours. Would you like it if someone decided to tag your house?

no it is not legal. But u could find out who the owner is and check if u could do some minor things. Or if u and yur family own it. Then go aheadd. Otherthan that I'm pretty sure u can't
