Any hardware store or a national chain like Home Depot or Lowes. Most places keep spray paint locked in a cage so vandals and grafiti artists can't get to them. I would think 18 is the minimum age to buy spray paint. Same goes for box cutters and broad tip markersWhere can i buy spray paint?
Paint Department at Lowe's. Don't worry - it's not locked up. You do have to be 18 to buy it though.
Lowes and Home Depot. Tell them what you want it for and they will help you find the right kind.
