So I went to my local hobby store called Hobbypeople and they had Tamiya tint spray. Tried it and it worked perfect. Thanks for all your help.

Where to find smoke spray paint or headlight tint spray?
VHT makes a product called ';NITE SHADES'; it was designed to black out tail lights etc. I know it is available through Summit Racing.
