Walmart, Home Depot, and Lowes all carry rattle cans. I've also seen sets of cans just for decoys. I bet either Cabelas, Bass Pro Shops, or Gander Mountain carry them. All three have web sites that you can place orders 24/7/365.
Any time i get the urge to buy crap 'after hours' wal-mart HAS to be the ONLY option out there... really.... Its not like you were looking for surgical tools, fortunately.
