Should i spray paint my couch?

i have ivory microfiber couches.. they are covered in stains from having them a long time. it costs a lot for slipcovers too.. i spilled nailpolish on the arm and it looks much better, so i though i could just spray paint them and then rub it in .. kinda like a stain .. so you have any thoughts about this?? any new ideas too??Should i spray paint my couch?
hahaha that's a really bad idea. I guarantee that will not look good. I would invest in a new couch (go to garage sales or look on craigslist) or get a slipcover because you are just going to ruin your couch if you spraypaint itShould i spray paint my couch?
there is a web sight its called freecycle.org,, go to your state and find your city and i promise you there will be a sofa on there about once or twice a week and guess what ,,, its freeall you have to do is just pick it up, we have one in our state and our city and its great
There is something called acetone that will remove the stains %26amp; the nailpolish %26amp; even if it bleaches the couch a bit that would look way better than what you're suggesting. Good luck!
Would not suggest using spray paint-- not fire retardant for one thing, and would also make the fabric stiff and uncomfortable. Buy a king size sheet and tuck and poke and pin it in for a fairly inexpensive slipcover. Worked for us. Or crochet a large throw for it if you can crochet---my wife did that for our old couch and you don't see any wear or stains from the kids.
no thats a bad idea
I would love to see pics
